Shipping:

We offer Worldwide shipping across our entire range of products.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free Domestic Shipping for all orders above INR 999. All orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours.

Orders are shipped via Air/Express service, and are delivered within 3-4 days across India.

International Shipping

International shipping is provided at an extra charge and is not included in the Product price. For Final shipping charges, please reach out to us via WhatsApp with your shipping info.

Note: Any applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer. We do not cover or pre-pay duty fees while shipping internationally.

For information on duty fees/rates, we recommend contacting the local customs office in your country of residence.

Return & Exchange Policy:

EXCHANGE: To initiate a size/product exchange, reach out to us via WhatsApp with your order number and desired size within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will arrange a pick-up for your package and process an exchange upon receiving the same.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn and unused, with tags attached. Any item found to be worn, or without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.
  • Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount.
  • Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order.
  • Items bought at an original price cannot be exchanged for discounted price in case of an ongoing sale.
  • Users who bought items at original price cannot redeem the difference amount while exchanging their product in case of an ongoing sale. To enjoy the sale benefits, customer can place a new order instead.
  • Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.

Please do refer to our size chart for confirmation on sizes before ordering. For personalized guidance on sizing, our team is always available on WhatsApp.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We do not accept Returns or Refunds. Please read product description for all details on the size, fit, material, colour before ordering. If you have any questions, just reach out to us and we'd be happy to help.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out and make up for it. Please click pictures and a video of the product and share the same with us. We will investigate the matter and issue an exchange for your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size or product by mistake, or need a change in address, you can simply reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will update it. Once an order is processed and packed for dispatch, no changes can be made.

PARTIAL COD ORDER CONDITIONS:In any case a partial COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is returned to us, the prepaid amount collected will be non-refundable.

You can always request for your order to be reshipped. There will be no extra charges for reshipping.

EXCEPTIONS: Due to hygiene reasons, no Returns or Exchanges are allowed on our Face Masks.
