Shipping:

We offer Worldwide shipping across our entire range of products.

Our orders are processed within 24-48 hrs. Orders are shipped via Air and delivered within 3-5 days across India.

Please note - Due to the festive season rush, we require 4-5 days for processing and dispatching orders. For exact dispatch & delivery timelines, you can reach out to our team. 

Return & Exchange Policy:

EXCHANGE: In case of a sizing issue, we offer a one-time size exchange for your required size. If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we will provide a store credit upon return.

To start a return or exchange, reach out to us via Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and desired size within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will arrange a pick-up for your package and process an exchange upon receiving the same.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please do refer to our size chart for confirmation on sizes before ordering. For personalized guidance on sizing, our team is always available on Instagram or WhatsApp.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We do not accept Returns or Refunds. Please read product description for all details on the size, fit, material, colour before ordering. If you have any questions, just reach out to us and we'd be happy to help.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out and make up for it. Please click pictures and a video of the product and share the same with us. We will investigate the matter and issue an exchange for your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size or product by mistake, or need a change in address, you can simply reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will update it. Once an order is processed and packed for dispatch, no changes can be made.

EXCEPTIONS: Due to hygiene reasons, no Returns or Exchanges are allowed on our Face Masks.
